Edgar

Hi, my name is Edgar. I’m 24, USC alum, Latino, non-smoking, laid back person. I’m a software engineer in Irvine, working in office from Mon-Thur and remote on Fridays. I usually work at coffee shops or somewhere else on Fridays (I have my own car), so I am really only home at night during the week. I have a girlfriend who I usually meet up with on weekends so there is a good chance that I won’t be home for some weekends either lol. She does not really come over to my place either and when she does she is quiet and considerate.

I’m clean and considerate as well. I sometimes listen to music in my room when I am cleaning, but I don’t blast it or anything. I am always open to change if something I am doing is bothering you, and I hope you would be open as well. I’m a believe in communication and respect for the people you live with.

I try to cook about 2-3 times a week. I make simple dinners and I always clean my stuff before I take off. I also have my own kitchen supplies, but I am open to sharing, just lmk what you use and clean it once you are done.

I try to sleep around 11PM, sometimes it’ll be later tho but I am just quiet in my room. I can sleep through noise pretty well, but I’d appreciate it if you considered your own volume once it gets late, I’ll do the same. I try to be up around 6AM during the week and like 10AM on the weekend if I am home. I get home from work around 7PM, depends on the day tbh.

As for my hobbies, I try to go to the gym around 3-4 times a week, I hoop in LA on Thursdays and sometimes Friday, I like to hike and explore parks here and there, I play some videogames when I have the time, I occasionally go to bars with friends, I like to eat out and try new places, I’d like to get more into reading, I like watching a variety of things like breaking bad, some anime (currently watching my hero academia), wrestling (wwe, yes I still watch), etc. I’m also looking for new hobbies lol.

I am looking for a roommate(s) who is clean and laid back. I’m definitely open to being friends but I’m also chill just being cordial, whatever you want.

As for my deal breakers, I just don’t want someone who isn’t going to be respectful and not clean after themselves and the common areas we share. I will not clean if I am the only one doing it, so please make sure you are willing to do your part. I’m not gonna freak out if it’s not spotless, but like just wipe stuff down when it’s your turn, make sure your dishes are clean and put away, etc. I’m not insanely clean myself, but I like to do my part when others do as well. As for smoking or drinking, I’m chill with it as long as it doesn’t become an issue yk? I like to drink from time to time too.
