Danny & Amanda

We are a married couple Amanda (f26) and Danny (m30), very laid back, professional, conscientious people who love the dynamics of communal living.

Danny is a career Chef and Nutritionist who hails from Northern California. He’s worked in an array of kitchens from a Michelin Star Steakhouse, to the Apple Campus, to private meals, to event catering and so much more. These days his primary focus is on creating meal plans that are optimally nutritious for people with dietary restrictions. Danny grew up professionally DJ-ing weddings/events and working for his school’s radio station, so music and entertainment has always been a huge part of his life. He loves to spend his free time watching video essays on youtube, reading articles, finding music, and learning about a ridiculous number of topics like technology, psychology, art, cannabis, homeopathy, etc. He’s a bit of a renaissance man with experience and knowledge across the board. Danny is super chill, open-minded, and always happy to go out of his way to help a friend out.

I (Amanda) am a full time, professional Dominatrix, Model, and Artist. I grew up in Los Angeles, hated it, moved up North to attend Humboldt State University where I got my Bachelors is Art History with a minor in Studio Art. In my time there I also studied Jewelry Making / Small Metals, Analog Photography, and spent some time working on cannabis farms. I love hiking, gardening, talking about philosophy, pondering the meaning of life, learning about anything & everything, enjoying good food, and so much more. Music has always been a big part of my life, listening to an array of genres from jazz to punk to folk to electronic to oldies, and so on. But you will never catch be listening to mainstream pop. I’m a very very low maintenance gal (not the type of person to hog the bathroom for a lengthy beauty routine) and I am very sensitive and attentive to the needs and wishes of those around me. I have a super personable, relaxed personality and I’m very open-minded.

We have a 3 year old female lab/beagle/border collie mix named Jara (aka Peanut)- she is incredibly sweet, intelligent, quiet, loving, playful, medium sized dog (see cute pic below). She gets along great with all other dogs, cats, children, ducks, etc. She’s fully trained and very well mannered.

A couple years back we lived in Los Angeles in a house with 6 other roommates and we both love and know how to navigate communal living and shared space.

Currently, we are living in Northern California and are eager to move to the Seattle area as soon as possible - so we would be able to fill the room on July 1st. Danny lived and worked up there for over a year so he’s familiar with the area.
