My names Andrew, I’m a Father, Officer, and Graphic designer. I’m 28 years old, I do not drink, I do not smoke, and never done drugs. Respectful, cleanliness, organized, Minimalist, Realistic, Fast learner, observant, and very detail orientated. I’m currently looking to move to Victoria gardens area from Riverside.

A little about myself: I’m laid back about everything in life, I just want to work and have some space of my own. I like to do my laundry and play or work on my pc on my down time. I just need space for a bed and desk with a closet. Nothing more nothing less. Simple man with simple needs. I work near Victoria gardens, my work is confidential unless I feel comfortable to tell anyone otherwise. I have daughter that visits me on the weekends, willing to negotiate an agreement with roomate or owner. I have my background checked if needed. Hope to find a roomie soon.
