I am an introverted teacher. I am friendly and easy to live with, but I tend to keep to myself and enjoy quiet time. I do not have any pets right now, but I really enjoy animals and am completely comfortable living with them. I rarely have overnight guests and prefer a calm, low-key home environment.

I like where I am currently living, but I can’t live here forever, so I am on here looking for something very specific in case it becomes available. I want to live somewhere that is unfurnished, has storage space or empty space in the apartment where I can put things like a recliner chair and an art table. I want the kitchen sink to be a double sink, and I want the ability to instal a medicine cabinet in the bathroom if there isn’t one already. I want a free washer and dryer in the unit. I need parking at least, and there has to be snow removal included. I would prefer to have a garage but that isn’t a deal breaker.

I know this might be a lot to ask for, but its what I have in my current place, and I really don’t want to leave. I am mostly trying for a contingency in case my roommate wants to not have roommates any more. If I find a good situation, I would need to be able to give 2 months notice to my current roomies.

In my free time, I like to play games and get lost in stories through books, TV shows, or movies. I have ADHD, so I usually have multiple distractions going at once to help me focus. During the summer I do not work, so I am home a lot, but I still really value a sense of independence and personal space, both for myself and for anyone I live with.
