My name’s Mitch, 32 years old, he/they, queer. I’m a line cook (typically working evening-late night) currently living in Beacon Hill and considering moving to another Seattle location at the end of June. 670 credit score, budget of $1000 rent+utilities /month.

I’m clean, considerate of my roommates, and I’m more than happy to contribute to whatever chores that need doing (faves being sweeping and daily dishwasher emptying, but I’m not afraid to clean a bathroom, either). I really value clear, straightforward communication, and for everyone to be on the same page in regard to roomie rules, chore schedules, quiet hours, etc.

I’m friendly and would love a roomie that I can chat with, but also respects privacy and personal space. I value a generally chill environment and am pretty quiet myself, though my cat (Curry, 12, female and spayed with current shots) can be a little chatty. She’s indoor only, has 100% accuracy with the litter box, and is overall a shy, but well-behaved little lady.

As for my hobbies and interests, it’s an eclectic mix- My most recent hobby is hunting for vintage glassware at thrift shops/estate sales and arranging displays for my collection, but I also love to draw, craft, cook, and listen to music of all genres (metal, punk and electronic being my go-tos)
