I’m a 63 yo on social security, been on mo-to-mo in Pahrump (Blosser Ranch area) for 10 months. I always pay in full and on time. Just me. No kids, few/no visitors, and no pets (pet friendly tho, and I love cats). Cannabis-accepting but I don’t smoke it, moderate outdoor-only cig smoker, light drinker. I’m quiet and clean and respectful and borderline reclusive because I have my own thing(s) going on. I’m a Contributing Member of the Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies (SCU), and I write occasional Opinion pieces for their SCU Review newsletter. I can get a reference from my current landlord and my former landlord in Vegas. Two caveats. I’m a transwoman, but not the nightmare type you hear about on rage-bait social media. And I’m not looking for luxury because my budget is 500 to maybe 550, but +I can also contribute 100/mo to groceries. Thank you. Vara
