Clean, quiet, retired legal/tech assistant, modern thinker. no smoking/ drugs/drinking but pretty tolerant of others’ reasonable use. Prefer clean/neat/respects others but enjoy living. No day sleepers, please. I have a 10 yo grandson who visits a few times a week and sometimes stays overnight but he’s very well behaved. I don’t require a lot of extra space but interested in kitchen & yard privileges & comfortable parking with cupboard space and accessible counter space. I’m a writer (creative and technical) & spend a lot if time on my laptop. I’m friendly but not chatty. I love kids & animals. I have good credit & very responsible. Ask me anything if curious.
