Looking to live with likeminded people.

A bit about me:

•I’m an introvert so I tend to keep to myself but I do like interacting and forming friendships with people I live with over time.

•I’m also a musician- I play guitar and sing/write. It’s not super relevant since I’ll typically find a space to practice either elsewhere or will soundproof my own space. But I can also be quiet as needed though since I can plug my stuff into headphones. I am typically very quiet though and tend to stay in my own space.

•I like old tech & will use it til it breaks beyond repair before replacing it. Don’t be surprised when I hook up my CRT TV and record player in my room or bring out my older flatscreen. I’m an anti-consumerist, so reusing or getting stuff 2nd hand is my thing. I do also sell some of my things on the side if I don’t use them anymore as well.

•Yes, I like my space to look nice but I don’t need it look like a millionaire lives there with all the latest tech… please don’t bring an Alexa, would rather live without an AI butler eavesdropping on everything.

•I’m a part-time online college student with a very friendly and timid cat named Oreo (he’s a chunky boy who loves to roll around, play, watch tv, snuggle and eat). He loves people and will snuggle with you but doesn’t get along with other cats well. looking for 1 or 2 roommates to share a house with ideally. I work retail 9-5 on weekdays and chill on my off time a lot, so I wouldn’t be around much.

•I’ve had my share of small apartments and prefer to keep my place clean. Also not a party guy, it’s rare that I ever drink or smoke but I am 420 friendly and do partake socially.

•I like pride flags, so bonus points if you have one :)

•If you read all of this, even more bonus points, but I do need to meet anyone I plan to live with in person before setting anything in stone. Just to make sure everyone’s sure that we’re really a match!
