Hey what’s up guys — I’m Mike. My roommate Ben and I have been living in OC the past year and both work in finance/real estate out in Irvine. I graduated from ASU last year and him UofA We’re looking to level up our spot and get a house closer to the beach in Newport, and want to find 1–2 more solid guys to join. I’m big on beach days, hiking, grabbing drinks, trying new spots, concerts, all that. We’re both super clean, respectful, and easy to live with. We stay pretty busy with work, so the house is more of a chill, laid back place to recharge — but always down to hang, grab a drink, or do something fun.
