Moving to Portland from Bend near the end of May/early June (could land at the end of June if needed). I’ll be working professionally in Tualatin, so I’m looking for something close by to the north to get a nice easy commute.

Budget is between 1000-1400. The lower the better.

I’m an artsy creative type (oil paints) and big nerd (d&d, boardgames, videogames). I like to cook and meal prep, and I love houseplants (13 so far and growing . . hehe). Big believer in background music, candles/incense, and good lighting for a space. I can be a yapper, or keep to myself all the same. I appreciate having friends over from time to time.

I come with a wonderfully sweet, playful and sometimes anxious cat named Company (ESA). She gets along well and has lived with other animals, except small dogs specifically (bad experience).

I’m very liberal and far far left leaning. Ally to lgbtq+ and a feminist. Pretty cool dude I’ve been told - can provide references as needed.
