33 year old single relocating after divorce. Work full time in office, no drug or alcohol usage, big on cleanliness and hygiene. I have primary custody of my 5 year old son who will be sharing the space with me, which isn’t an issue on our side he’s demanded to co-sleep with me the last year even with having his own room. No household or baby mama drama, we co-parent fairly well for his sake thankfully.

I work 10am - 630pm, M-F and my son is in a summer daycare program from 9am - 630pm.

Very laid back, big on communication and mutual respect. Mostly keep to ourselves due to work schedule and busy life styles, but would welcome and be open to actually spending time as a household like sharing meals or watching movies. Puerto Rican, so I cook and clean often. Don’t expect to have house guests often, not looking to date (divorced/over it).

Again, big on mutual respect. I have no issues with anyone having house guests, staying up late, etc. I cannot drink myself, but no issues with it. Priorities as a father, but have no issues hanging out or spending time with roommates who do. LGBTQ+ and women friendly, straight male but no issues what anyone chooses to do, who your partner is, or who you have over.

Looking to rent for 6 months, short term to help rebuild savings a bit. Willing to stay longer or continue helping after we leave if help is needed.

Nyx - 4 Super cute goblin child, very very affectionate. On the autism spectrum, but is able to communicate his needs and most of his thoughts. Surprsingly well behaved and mannered for his age, just has a limited vocabulary. Very soft and thoughtful with animals (grew up around big dogs and cats) Extremely cute, neither his mom or I were that cute, not sure where he got it from.
