It’s completely discouraging. How many people on this platform posting their homes or apartments? Seeking people to rent their rooms and are completely overcharging, taking advantage of students. Or anyone for that matter. Students who are trying to work their way up to make themselves better to have a actual career? A few $100 more that you’re trying to make extra is understaable. I get it, but double the price is deplorable.

At this point, MY BROTHER AND I are looking for 2 or 1 roommate that wants to team up to get our own apartment from an actual development OR OWNER.
