Just a normal guy looking to find lower cost housing to increase my savings rate.

I’m hoping to find someplace that actually feels like a home, with down to earth fellow grown ups that know how to clean up after themselves and respect one another, other than that I’m pretty flexible.

I’m pretty handy in the kitchen, although I tend to meal prep just about everything these days. I’m also pretty good with building and fixing just about anything if that matters.

Perfect (~820) credit, solid references, and a good paying 7-4 M-F job I’ve been at for about 5 years.
