Looking for a place with a private bed and bath within a mile or two of uptown; will consider Addison. I need a place where I can access the garage for my EV (I’d pay extra for electricity ofc).

I’m a pretty understanding and reasonable person who communicates well. I may invite friends over occasionally but definitely not very often and won’t be throwing parties and getting loud and such. My girlfriend may come over at times but usually not more than once a week. I love to try new fun stuff and could be a great roommate to hangout with / go places with, or I can definitely keep more distance / privacy if that’s the type of dynamic you’re looking for.
