My name is Sarah and I’m currently residing in a historic Victorian near Lake Merritt. I totally love the quirks of this old house but the rent has increased and I’m looking to move on.

I currently work full time as a barista at Tartine Manufactory and I am always on time or early with rent. In my spare time I really like to run, read, bicycle, hike or engage in something novel. I have shared custody of a little 5-pound, chipin tri-pawd named Darwin. He’s the sweetest little thing and he can give a high five!

I would ideally like to live in a healthy and respectful environment. I believe in open and compassionate communication and I also believe in respecting others boundaries and property. I’m available most days after 4 pm and have a flexible schedule on my days off.
