I’m a quiet 58 yo male. I work a full-time, mixed schedule, on South Beach and looking to reduce my commute. No pets. No vehicle. No drinking . No drugs. I’m looking for downtown area, or possibly beach side, if the price is right. Long term preferred. I’m very handy for “around the house” kind of stuff. I’m tech-savvy, computer literate and personable. I have a very small circle of friends but prefer to be by myself. I’m pet friendly to all existing 4-legged tenants and enjoy their company, as they do mine. Private, respectful and reliable.
