I am a friendly, introverted nerd. I am currently in a three bedroom unit and am looking with my other roommate for a third roomate to replace our other roommate who will not be on the lease again this upcoming year. Rent with utilities typically is around 680 to 740 a month, with the variation coming from power, water, sewer, and trash usage. The lease is up in late August. I have one cat. I am an empathetic person and would be very flexible in terms of chores, noise, pets, etc. I infrequently drink and do not smoke. I would mostly keep to myself and be gone during the day, as I work from 8-5. When home, I will mostly keep to myself, as I enjoy quieter hobbies, such as gaming, reading, watching anime and YouTube.
