Hi! I’m currently looking to rent a small studio (up to $1,490/month) or possibly 2-bedrooms. I’m enrolled in the Housing Support Program, and the landlord will receive an additional $1,000 payment plus the security deposit after I’ve been living in the unit for one month. I’m 8 months pregnant and urgently hoping to find a stable home before my baby arrives. I also have 10-year-old twin boys who are respectful, quiet, and well-behaved. I’m a responsible tenant with reliable income, and I’m simply looking for someone willing to give me a chance.
