Hi, I’m Margo! I’m 38 and work as a Personal Trainer. I live an active, grounded lifestyle and love surfing, hiking, walking, spending time outside, or hanging out with my boyfriend and close friends. I’m early to bed/early to rise and love a home that feels calm, clean, and peaceful, especially in the evenings.

I’m half introverted, half extroverted, and I really value open communication, mutual respect, and shared responsibility in a home. I’m tidy, low-drama, and easy to live with.

I currently work at a gym in-person and I also have a few on-line training clients. Ideally I’d love a space that’s quiet and welcoming, where guests are totally fine but not a party house. I don’t smoke or vape and would prefer to live in a smoke-free/vape-free home. I do enjoy a drink here and there!

I don’t have pets and don’t necessarily prefer to live with them, but I’m open if you have one.

I’m looking to live with one or more responsible, respectful people who are good communicators and keep shared spaces clean. I’d love to be friends if it clicks, but I’m also very comfortable with a friendly and independent vibe. My budget is between $800–$1000 and I’m searching in the Cardiff by the Sea / Encinitas / Solana Beach area.

Deal-breakers: smoking, excessive mess, or loud noise late at night. Peaceful evenings are important to me.
