Ideal situation: A private room with decent Wi-Fi and good vibes (own bathroom preferred ) . I’m open to short-term or long-term, depending on the fit. I’m just trying to maximize my savings for a few months to a year.

• I am overall a very considerate person and hope to room with someone the same way.

I do vape but don’t mind using designated area outside.
