I’m 35 yr old single female apart of the lgbt community. My four legged senior son and I are in search for a room to rent. We are very clean, organized, professional, respectful and courteous. As the eldest of 5 children and sharing a bedroom with two siblings my entire childhood taught me how to operate and live in close quarters with others, without disturbing their peace. I am starting a new job with my uncles company in the Palm Harbor area and need to move as soon as possible! My dog is 12 and spends his days sleeping snacking and sleeping. His best friend is a cat but he loves ALL animals small critters like hamster’s to Great Danes and everything in between. He is completely house trained and NOT a barker. Honestly you will forget he is even there! If I’m not working I’d like to spend my free time exploring my new city. Hopefully find a great yoga group to join and with a little luck hopefully maybe a weekend farmers market nearby! I have zero criminal history or evictions on my record and can pass anything needed to apply!
