Leland

Hey! I’m Leland (30, he/him), I’I’mm from Washington state and moved to Utah for almost a year now for a full-time job as a Case Manager at a law firm in Sandy. I’m responsible, friendly, and easy to live with, clean up after myself and my dog, pay rent on time, and value clear communication.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, movies, painting, reading, and getting outdoors. I’m pretty laid-back, happy to chat or hang out, but also totally respect personal space and downtime.

With me is my 5-year-old Blue Heeler Mix, Ripley. She’s house-trained, quiet, super well-behaved, and gets along well with people and other dogs. We’re both chill and low-drama. She has arthritis so we are aiming for a space with no/minimal stairs.

I’m ideally looking for a safe, respectful, pet-friendly place under $950/month. Open to renting a room or joining a house with kind, like-minded folks.
