I am currently based in NYC and looking to move to Boston ASAP with the right roommate and home environment.

I am kind, considerate, extremely quiet, and clean. I value a home that is a clean and private sanctuary. I look to share a home with someone who values the same. I need a place that respects quiet hours.

I prefer no guests at all and not sharing with someone who works from home full time. I am a very sensitive sleeper and have a hearing disability (hyperacusis), so its important to me that housemates are mindful of their sounds.

I do not drink or smoke anything and i am NOT cannabis friendly due to health and professional reasons.

I am looking for a home that is strictly non-smoking/smoke-free (zero cannabis, vape, or cigarettes/tobacco indoors) and mostly fragrance-free—meaning no incense or non-organic candles.

I put 2 months for my stay, but I am open to shorter or longer stays. Would love to discuss!
