I’m Very quiet, polite, and no drama. I just work and come home where I sit on my laptop during the evenings watching YouTube. Good person to know if you have washer/dryer stove microwave fridge or dishwasher problems! :)

To be honest and I hope spilling honesty here that I can connect with what I’m looking for. I’m 46 almost 47. I’m not looking for love. No kids, drug issues alcohol issues substance issues other than morning cup of coffee once in a while. If you are a smoker, marijuana or tobacco I’m perfectly fine with that.

Im tired of living alone. I won’t ever have guests or ask. Although I’m not looking for love I am searching for a platonic friend. Something where a level of trust exists and maybe even once in a while I get asked “how was your day?”… Or God forbid we team up and maybe do dinner just for the conversation.I love animals and if you own cats I’m totally happy with that. Dogs? I’m a dog walking machine at sunset. I would love to find a pup and go back on evening walks with them again. I also do birds too. Pretty much any animal out there I want to interact with.

I don’t have bad house habits. Rules rules rules. I respect them. They are there to help cohabitation. I pay attention to my actions such as noise, cleanliness and will not touch anything that’s not mine unless told specifically to do so.

At the end of the day this is a business transaction. You expect and need your rent on time and I will always pay on time. I will find you not the other way around. But if I could also make a friend and a comfortable peace that would be amazing. If you have any questions ask. :)
