My name is Jason Stone, and I am very interested in your apartment rental. I am a clean, quiet, and responsible tenant. I do not smoke or drink and pride myself on maintaining a peaceful, respectful living environment.

I receive steady retirement benefits through Supplemental Security Income (SSI). I am also actively seeking part-time work within walking distance of where I live. I am recently separated and a proud father of two adult children who live nearby. I tend to keep to myself and am simply looking for a safe, comfortable place to call home close to my family.

I have fair credit, excellent references, and a valid driver’s license. I am in the process of securing a car through financing, but walkable access to local amenities and job opportunities is currently a priority. I do not have any pets.
