Hi! My name is Julie and I’m helping my 25-year-old daughter Hannah look for a room to rent in the Fresno/Clovis area. She has a job where she works afternoons and evenings (sometimes overnight) and is very responsible. She has her own means of transportation, a moped.

Hannah is outgoing, friendly, and comes with a well behaved cat. When she’s at home, she mostly enjoys watching anime (using headphones) or crafting in her room. She likes to cook and also appreciates clean common areas.

Although Hannah will be paying her own rent, I will be the one held financially responsible and I have great credit. 😊
