Raven Giles & AnnMarie Skyler Burke

My partner (Skyler) and I are both quiet individuals and tend to keep to ourselves, but we are both very friendly people and open to conversation, once warmed up to any others. There is one car between us and it is mine, so hoping for a garage or carport during the rainy and snowy seasons. I will acclimate if neither is nor can be provided. I do have a cat and she is extremely well mannered and low maintenance.

We are both gamers and we both vape, but we are willing to cut back inside as we both take it to help reduce anxeity. We both have no issue’s or allergies with cats or dogs (or pets in general) and are very very open to having either around. Neither of us go out or party unless it is family related, but we dont mind roommates who do, as long as our peace and privacy isnt disturbed.

Skyler will be moving to Colorado from Chicago sometime in July for college, so we are hoping and expecting to get a place lined up and ready to move into around the 1st of August. We prefer separate rooms, Skyler has Autism and typically likes to have their own space and privacy where they can decompress, but we are willing to share a room. They are currently working as an T-Mobile customer service member.

I (Raven) will be needing to move out ASAP when closer towards July 31st. I usually go to work around 6-6:30 AM and will be home between 3-4PM as well as working occasional Saturdays. I have mild Insomnia, so I tend to stay up very late into the night, falling asleep around 1-3 AM. I game a lot during those times, so if I’m ever too loud, please inform me and I will reduce that.
