Hello,

My name is Charina. I am a 48 year old single mother (widow) who’s looking for a nice, quiet, dependable place where my 10 year old son and I can call home for at least 6-12 months.

I’m employed by one of the major schools districts in the high desert and have been with them for going on 5 years. Before joining the school district, I worked in the Craft Services field for over 14 years, but needed a change for medical insurance reasons, to ensure my late husband would able to receive quality care for his cancer diagnosis.

I’m currently in the process of selling my home in Barstow and am looking to relocate to be closer to my job and to find cheaper rent in order to pay out-of-pocket for continuing my education to become a teacher.

I would be excellent resident because I understand the importance of respecting the integrity of one’s property and would definitely treat it as if it were my own. My son and I are very quiet and are gone the majority of the day (Mon-Fri) at work and school.

While we would have the occasional guest/s, we mostly keep to ourselves and enjoy our solitude.

I have an excellent history of on-time rental/mortgage payments and take having a consistent roof over our heads VERY seriously!
