my situation is I will turn 54 in June. I’m looking for a place to rent. I do not have great credit but I have zero criminal record and zero evictions. I currently work in Scottsdale Airpark as a security guard I get paid as a 1099 employee so I can show proof of employment. I can also furnish past roommates and landlords and references at your leisure for your safety. I have a DPS fingerprint clearance card which can be copied along with. an Arizona state ID I do not require a parking spot. I do take Uber and public transit. I very rarely cook I do not smoke. I do not have pets and I do not have friends that stay over.
