Hello I am a happy mature very healthy reliable tidy and considerate lady. I have a pet sitting small business mostly in Ken C Valley so excellent references I always stay overnight in their home never in mine. Looking for privacy so a basement (walkout:)) would be ideal. Shared kitchen ( am a great cook) and a private bath. Open to a large home also. I will share with 1 other person only. I would be happy to trade some of the rent for watching your pets if needed. I have been house pet sitting in my current home while the owner traveled to South America but she is returning. Move date is at the end of this month 31st 5-31-2025. My budget is $1,000.00 or less a month and I would need it to be all inclusive(utilities and Wi Fi included. Thank you for your time and consideration be well:)
