I’m a clean, respectful, and quiet individual—non-smoker, non-drinker, and I don’t use cannabis. I recently started a full-time position as a structural engineer with the City of Santa Rosa and maintain a steady weekday work schedule. I don’t have any pets and prefer a home that’s smoke-free.

Ideally, I’m looking for a private room with a private bathroom, but I’m open to sharing a bathroom if everything else is a good fit. I appreciate open communication and a calm, considerate living environment.
