I’m never short or late on rent and have a pretty high tolerance level for most things and people. I’m looking for a temporary or possibly long term place as I’m moving on from a long-term, shared-home relationship. I have a solid reputation professionally and personally with references, excellent credit rating, and am equally comfortable with people or being alone. I can be a night owl but conscientious about noise, and can sleep through just about anything. I tend to be fairly health-conscious but reserve judgement in other peoples’ choices. My work schedule is entirely irregular (but regular for film and tv), where I may be home often during slower periods, and then nowhere to be seen when things get busy. Also, I do enjoy cooking when time allows and prefer to make more than less.
