I’m a Florida transplant looking for a new place with long term rental possibility (no less than 1 year). I’m in search of a private room with bed and dressers/private bathroom. I wfh so I’ll need a quiet space for my desk setup and wifi. I have my own vehicle just direct me to a parking space. I cook my own meals and I’m very clean. Introverted and respectful of others’ space(s), but friendly! I don’t have any pets (but I get along with all animals) or criminal history and am willing to do a background check.
