My name is Donnie. Me and my girlfriend Avril are looking to rent out a room together we have till the end of March to do so. We are ok with short or long term lease we just need somewhere till we can fully save for our own place. Some things about us: we’re both 23, both Hispanic/mixed ethnic, LGBTQ+ friendly, Alternative/emo, we don’t smoke but do drink (very rarely), both work jobs, stay to ourselves and keep our place clean. We have no pets at the moment so that would not be a worry either.
