I am a music student at Long Beach City College with a clean credit history, steady income and employment awaiting in Long Beach. I am 20 years old, quiet, and focused on establishing a music or sound engineering career. I do not bring lots of belongings with me to live with, am very big on clean environments representing my mental health, and I would love to work together with consistent and open communication to help keep a positive environment. I am a martial artist/instructor, I do not really like to party, and do not have any pets. Looking to make connections and meet friends in the area :)
