Kani

Hi! My name is Kani, and I’m a 20-year-old college student entering my junior year at Cal Poly Pomona. I work part-time as a Front Desk Agent at Harrah’s Resort & Casino and stay pretty busy between work, school, and studying.

I’m clean, respectful, and value open communication. I like keeping common areas tidy and believe it’s much easier when roommates communicate directly about concerns rather than letting things build up. I’m not a partier, I don’t smoke, and I generally live a pretty quiet lifestyle.

When I’m not working or studying, I enjoy reading, journaling, baking, hiking, going to coffee shops, spending time at the beach, and watching horror movies. I’ll happily share baked goods with roommates!

I’m looking for a comfortable, respectful living environment where everyone can coexist peacefully. I enjoy being friendly with roommates, but I also respect personal space and independence. I do have a boyfriend who lives out of the area and a best friend in Oceanside, so I’d like the ability to occasionally have overnight guests, and I’m always happy to communicate and give advance notice.

Ideally, I’m looking for a place in the Vista, Oceanside, San Marcos, or Escondido area and hope to find a stable living situation for at least a year.
