I’m Seth, a 37-year-old remote professional working from home weekdays (9-6). I’d describe myself as quiet, introverted, and respectful of others’ space. My interests include art, video games, reading (lots of audiobooks too), and I’m an experienced Dungeons & Dragons DM—I love introducing new groups to the game!

At home, I’m comfortable with occasional gatherings, though I typically keep to myself. I’m mindful about cleanliness, especially in shared spaces—I always ensure common areas stay tidy and welcoming. No pets myself, but I genuinely love animals and often volunteer as the go-to pet-sitter for friends and family. While I’ve mostly kept groceries separate in past living situations, I’m completely open to sharing chores, groceries, and common items. Flexibility is key for me.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me enjoying sports (NFL, UFC, and more), gaming, or drawing—I dedicate at least an hour a day to practice. I’m always up for movie marathons and, once comfortable, my sarcastic sense of humor tends to shine. If you’re friendly, respectful of privacy, and patient with a shyer roommate, we’ll get along great!
