Hey, y’all. My name is Angel, and I am a working, full-time college student at Cal Poly Pomona.

I am urgently looking to rent a private room shortly before the start of the fall semester. I would prefer to have my own bathroom, but I am open to sharing it if necessary. My primary requirement is the ability to invite overnight guests. I don’t typically have many friends or family in the SoCal area, so I don’t invite people over often. However, I would appreciate having the flexibility to do so when the opportunity arises. I am firm about advance notices, and I look after my guests, so you can be assured that there will be no issues with me.
