What I’m looking for and this is the ideal scene but of course might not get everything: ·        Master suite, preferably unfurnished ·        Two-bedroom, two-bath apartment / condo / townhouse / guest house (houses are optional) ·        Roommate-style setup where bedrooms are spaced apart ·        Top-floor corner unit ·        Full kitchen access with cabinet space ·        Washer and dryer inside the unit ·        Pet-friendly (I have a small Yorkie; ideally no other animals, but depends on compatibility with my dog) ·        Calm, quiet, and SAFE environment ·        Month-to-month lease ·        Budget: $800/month

Preferred Locations: ·        Southside area ·        Ponte Vedra / Nocatee / Palm Valley ·        Jacksonville Beach / St. Augustine (ideally close to A1A, I-95, or 1)

About me: ·        My dog Maxie is an 8-year-old Yorkie, well-behaved, house-trained, and stays in my room while I’m at work. ·        I teach swimming during the warmer months and work a second gig, plus I’m building a personal business from home. I study every night, so a quiet environment is important. ·        I value open communication and problem-solving.

Preferences for roommates: ·        Female, working professional ·        No drugs, alcohol, or smoking ·        No overnight guests without approval ·        Always maintain a clean living space
