I am a working professional with a service dog licensed, trained, and 8 pounds. I am moving to the Atlanta area to start a business with a friend and I am looking for a room to rent for the next 6 to 12 months while I save for a home. I am quiet and very clean and I expect the same because I do have a dog and vet bills are expensive. I am a very private person I do not go through anyone’s things I do not use anybody else’s stuff unless I ask and I prefer the same exact courtesy. I am very considerate when it comes to peoples schedule. I prefer someone that does not have company everyday or extended visitors. I am not a party person my home is my peace because I work very hard and sometimes I am tired. I do not smoke anything and prefer an environment that is smoke free. I don’t want my things smelling like cigarettes, cigars, bunts, or weed. I prefer a location that is dog, friendly, as well as peaceful, and non-judgmental and trustworthy environment. I do have a car that will be located with me. Communication, consideration, and contribution is key for a great roommate.
