Looking for a room to rent in Downtown Portland - preferably walking distance to great shops, restaurants, and sewing hubs. I work full time remotely doing HR work in the recovery sector. I like to paint, sew clothes, anything artsy. I’m considerate, clean and respectful. I don’t have pets, but LOVE dogs. I’m happy to help with yard work, gardening, any chores or pet care. I have my own vehicle, but want to be walking distance from great restaurants, shops, and a sewing studio. I’m new to the area so it would be cool if the person I rent from could provide insight on cool things to do/see/go or be up for exploring once in a while. Pretty flexible with move in date. Looking for the right place/fit. Open to a month to month or 6-12 month arrangement.
