I’m a single mom of 2 teens. I currently live in Colorado. We are moving to Washington state middle of may. My bf will also be coming. Neither of us have a criminal record, no drugs, no parties, no evictions, clean background. I just have really bad credit. I have 2 indoor cats. My job will transfer me there and I will have cash for move in. Looking right away. We r both clean people and my teens are very helpful. Looking for a private renter and a basement if possible
