Hi! I’m looking for a month-to-month or flexible lease starting June 1.

Budget: Up to $800/month including utilities (up to $850 for the right fit)

Areas: St. Paul preferred, south of 94 and west of Downtown ideal. Also open to West St. Paul. I work in West 7th.

Housing Requirements (non-negotiable): • Smoke-free home (no cigarettes or cannabis inside or on property) • Upper floor unit OR no neighbors living above the space • AC/cooling available • Bathroom shared with only one other person max (or 2+ bathrooms total) • Functional building security (working locks, etc.)

About Me: I work full time for a union. I’m clean, tidy, respectful, and a friendly introvert who enjoys a calm home environment. I’m a musician/artist, don’t smoke or drink, don’t have pets, and have excellent credit and a clean background.

Looking For: Considerate, communicative housemates who also want a peaceful, respectful home and share basic safety habits like locking doors and being mindful of shared spaces.
