It’s July 15 and I’m still looking…
The guy I’ve been renting from, since Aug ’25, has been fired from another job (4th time) and has to sell his townhouse. So, I need to move again…
I can afford 700$ MAX with utilities plus unlimited data wifi included. However, a slightly discounted rent in exchange for cleaning, laundry, senior care, child care, pet care, disabled care etc would be even better. I can also trade food for rent. Example: 200 of food for 100 off rent (I get SNAP).
I have no kids or pets, am quiet and considerate, and very clean. My income is SSDI. I’m hoping for a long-term situation.
I sold my car, so I don’t need a parking spot. Noise doesn’t bother me, smokers and drinkers are fine unless excessive. I never have guests over; just delivery people. And I keep to myself for the most part. A washer and dryer is necessary. House only, no apartments.
Preferred locations: Citrus Hts, Orangevale, Carmichael, Foothill Farms, Folsom, Roseville, Rocklin, Loomis. But, I’ll consider most areas. Currently in Carmichael/Madison & Garfield area
