Hello, I hope all is well and thank you so much for reading this. My name is Joshua and I am a rising 3L at Tulane University Law School in New Orleans. Recently, I accepted an offer to work as a legal intern this summer in Pearl River, NY. I was reaching out because I am looking to sub-lease/a room for all of June and July (and maybe a little bit of August if you need, but I have to be back in NOLA by the 15th). My budget is $1600 per month. I’m not big on talking about myself, but I can certainly say that my parents raised me right and with good manners, big people person, easy-going, tidy, social, respectful, love to cook, play golf, enjoy anything sports related, and have a whole lot of southern hospitality too.
