Hey im 23 , I’m looking for a room to rent and hoping to move in by May 1st. I’m a chill and respectful guy, and I like to be upfront about my situation to make sure it’s a good fit for both sides. I work part-time as a security guard and also have a side business as a DJ, so my schedule can be a bit all over the place sometimes. That being said, I’m always mindful and respectful of the people I’m living with. I don’t throw parties or bring the noise home, Djing is my job, not something I just do in my room. I’m looking for 420-friendly household, it isn’t a dealbreaker but it would be ideal for me. I have no pets, and it would just be me, a single male looking for a comfortable and laid-back place to call home.
