I am responsible for maintaining paying my rent other split bills, and cleanness. I am quite and respectful. I respect other people’s private lives and private personal property and belongs and I expect others to do these things as well. I know how to share the common areas together, split responsibilities, understand others and so much more. I believe it is important being able to rely on and depend on our other roomies to do their part of responsibilities for it is absolutely essential, with that said I am looking for a roommate(s) that are trustworthy, honest and truthful about everything. I believe that respectfulness when it comes down living with others respect other people’s personal space, privacy, and boundaries, for that is important and keep shared areas clean as well. Communication is key, especially when you live under the same roof with others. Being open to negotiations and being welling to listen to other’s options without cutting them off and take turns doing this is the best way to solve disagreements. Try to make sure everyone is on the same page and happy. Even have written roommate(s) agreements are a good idea to set out expectations from the get-go, that way everyone is accountable for all what they do and don’t do.
