I am an easy going, motivated single man looking to save up as much money before I re-enroll in college coming in January of 2027, so a month to month lease would be perfect for me until I raise enough to decide on my next move either out of Frederick or to attend full-time at Hood College, in which case I would keep my spot on the lease while I am in school. I love to read and play my acoustic guitar when I am off work and I love honest roommates who are also clean or at least attempt to keep the common areas respectfully free of clutter and old pizza boxes or dirty dishes that live in the sink. Besides that I am open to living with anyone who lets our place be a safe space for everyone in the apartment and who is punctual with rent and utilities. Hope to meet someone with the same goals on here and hope its a good fit for everyone in the house.
