Hi! My name is Greyson. I work 9-5 hybrid (2 or 3 days from home a week, the rest in-office) in Corvallis as a GIS Senior Technician and hope to move into more of an administrative role over the next year or two.

Important Note: I currently live on NE Conifer Blvd in North Corvallis, but my roommate is leaving before our lease ends. If I don’t find someone to replace her by July 1st 2026, I might end up moving too, so I’m revamping my profile here too. My ad for our apartment is also active, check it out if you’re interested!

My living style: My most marketable trait is that I’ll gladly clean the bathroom lol. I like keeping my living space pretty peaceful and quiet for the most part, and shoes off in the house is definitely a requirement. I’m usually pretty silent once it’s close to 9 PM or so, but sometimes I like watching TV downstairs until around 10 or 11 PM. I’m always willing to turn the volume down on the TV though or be quieter if you ask! I also don’t smoke very often but if you want to, it’ll probably have to be in the parking lot to not bug the neighbors.

I’m committed to making sure our house/apartment runs smoothly and wouldn’t mind making a new friend too! Or we can just stick to being roomies.

What I’m Bringing: I have a dining table with 4 chairs, a small couch, a beanbag, a rocking chair, a smart TV, and an entertainment center that it sits on. I’m willing to share all of these if I don’t have space for them in my room.

• Nintendo games (specifically Zelda games)
• writing fanfiction
• playing TTRPGs like DND or Monster of the Week with my friends about once a week (at their houses, never mine)
