Hi! I’m Daniel, 31. I work full-time as a server at Olive Garden and also do delivery driving on the side. I’m responsible, financially stable, and have a pretty quiet lifestyle.

I’m clean, respectful, and easy to get along with. Most of my free time is spent at the gym, watching movies or shows, or relaxing at home. I’m working toward becoming a personal trainer, so fitness is a big part of my life.

I’m looking for a calm, tidy home with roommates who value communication and respect. I don’t smoke, rarely drink, and always clean up after myself. I occasionally have a close friend visit, but I don’t host parties or loud gatherings.

Also the area I’m looking to move is anywhere between Darien and Schaumburg because Darien is where my gym is and Schaumburg is where my job is.

My budget is around $1,000/month, but I’m flexible for the right place.
